The full job: we strip the room back, re-waterproof, re-plumb, re-tile and fit off, then hand back a finished bathroom. That includes reworking the layout where it makes sense, moving the shower, opening up a walk-in, or dropping in a freestanding bath so the room suits how you actually use it. We manage the trades and the sequence so you are not chasing anyone, and we will tell you honestly what is worth moving and what is not.

A full rebuild is not always the answer. New tiling, tapware, a vanity, a mirror and lighting can lift a tired bathroom without touching the layout, for a sharp result on a smaller budget.

Kitchens & laundries
Bathrooms are most of what we do, but they are not all we do. Kitchens and laundries get the same licensed builder and the same trades: new cabinetry and benchtops, tiled splashbacks, sinks and tapware, flooring, and the plumbing and electrical work behind it all. If we are already on site for a bathroom, doing the laundry or the kitchen in the same run saves you organising a second lot of trades later.

Water damage & leak repairs
A leak behind a wall or under a shower base does its damage quietly. By the time it shows on the ceiling below, the framing and flooring underneath have usually gone. We open the room up, find where the water is actually getting in, replace the rotted timber and subfloor, then re-waterproof and rebuild so it stays fixed. Insurance work welcome, and we document what we find as we go.
